Terms of Service
⚠ Draft — Not Attorney-Reviewed
This is a working draft, not final legal copy. Have a qualified attorney review and finalize these terms before relying on them, and before subscription sales go live.
By accessing and using the Torres Workforce Health Partners LLC ("TWHP," "we," "us") website and clinical platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or platform.
Description of Services
TWHP provides occupational health consulting services for employers and, through its clinical platform, continuing education courses and clinical tools for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers.
Clinical Platform — Subscriber Terms
Access to CEU course bundles and clinical tools requires a registered account and payment of the applicable bundle price. Credit hours purchased are tied to your account and do not expire unless stated otherwise at time of purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the professional credential and license information you submit — it is used on your CEU completion certificate.
Payment, Refunds & Cancellation
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. CEU bundle purchases are generally non-refundable once course content has been accessed. Contact us at the email below for refund requests on unaccessed purchases.
Non-Clinical Positioning & Limitations
Content, tools, and program suggestions provided through this website and platform are intended to support — not replace — the independent clinical judgment of the licensed practitioner using them. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice to any patient, and TWHP does not provide direct patient care through this website.
User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the site or platform, including attempting unauthorized access to accounts or data, submitting false credential information, or using the platform in a manner that violates applicable law or professional licensing obligations.
HIPAA Obligations
Clinicians using the patient progress and reporting tools are responsible for complying with HIPAA and other applicable health information privacy laws in their own practice. See our Privacy Policy for details on our current data-handling posture.
Intellectual Property
All course content, software, design, and materials on this site are the property of TWHP or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWHP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which TWHP is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
