More than a chart audit. A management rhythm for your program.
A fractional engagement provides structured support to help practice leadership review what's changing, sustain protocol quality, coach internal champions, and keep documentation defensible as case volume grows.
What the rhythm looks like.
- Monthly executive KPI dashboard and work comp program reporting
- Quarterly chart and FCE report audits
- Complex case consults and return-to-work plan support
- Protocol tuning based on outcomes and feedback
- Coaching for the practice's internal work comp champions
- Ongoing alignment with treating clinicians on documentation standards
- A defined monthly block of advisory hours, set in the scope
Who this is typically for.
This is typically appropriate after a diagnostic or system-build project, particularly for multi-site PT practices, practices scaling their work comp and industrial rehab service line, or practices that need help sustaining a new set of protocols.
Designed around your practice's complexity.
Fractional program leadership engagements are scoped based on practice size, number of locations, service-line maturity, internal clinical leadership capacity, and desired case-review involvement. Engagements are scoped to organizational complexity and support needs.
Scope
Program design and advisory support, not direct clinical care.
TWHP advises PT practices, operations leaders, and case management firms on work comp and industrial rehab program design - FCE standards, work conditioning systems, POET and job-demand services, and OSHA-aligned First Aid programs. TWHP does not provide outpatient PT/OT clinical treatment and does not replace the treating provider relationship.
