⚠ Draft — Not Attorney-Reviewed

This is a working draft, not final legal copy. Have a qualified attorney review and finalize this policy before it is relied upon for compliance purposes.

Torres Workforce Health Partners LLC ("TWHP," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our clinical platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, professional role, and message content.
  • Clinical platform accounts: name, email, professional credential, license number and state(s), and clinic/employer name, if you register.
  • Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: pages visited and general site interaction, collected through Vercel Web Analytics and, where consented to, Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to respond to inquiries, provide and maintain your clinical platform account, process payments, issue CEU certificates, send service-related communications, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI)

Patient program and progress data entered into the clinical platform may constitute Protected Health Information (PHI). We are working toward infrastructure and administrative safeguards appropriate for handling PHI, but we do not represent that the platform is HIPAA-compliant until the relevant technical controls and a signed Business Associate Agreement are confirmed in place. Do not enter identifiable patient health information into the platform until notified that it is available for that use.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and platform — currently Supabase (database/authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting/analytics), and our email provider for transactional messages. These providers are contractually limited to using your data to provide services to us. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and account data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet legal or professional recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Security Measures

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies required for site functionality and, with your consent, optional analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can manage your preference through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. No advertising cookies are used.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date below.
